Prayer Tie Series Introduction

Prayer Ties is a subject near and dear to my heart. I am big on prayers for peace and engaging in action for peace in our world. Though I am still learning how to create YouTube videos, I thought I would jump right in with one of my subjects. I began my interest in this when I was a child and have pursued it ever since.

There is a lot of equipment needed to do diverse videos on YouTube; much of which is fairly inexpensive. There is a learning curve, of course. Learning the equipment and coming up with cool ideas for creating videos takes time. Today a monopod, tomorrow a GoPro.

Monetize Your YouTube Channel

The bottom line on Monetize is: when are you ready for it? Whether you do a few videos a month or many videos each week, feeling it is what it is all about. I know a number of people who have their own shows on YouTube. It is their channel, they are the hosts, and they call the shots. They are media. Just as with conventional media, their work has value.

It costs to have an active YouTube channel. There are bills to pay. One can be one's own boss; and our YouTube channel can be our day job.

Rest assured, all those big time organizations, like National Geographic, which have YouTube channels and websites? They pay their IT staff big bucks to make professional quality offerings. Whether we are global or local, my advice to us all is to dream the dream and do the work.

SkyeRangerNick Update 02

Updating my progress in creating my channel for Skye Ranger Nick, views and news; plus other cool stuff. I have my blog up, my channel up, and a number of videos up. I have plenty of ideas and thoughts to share. As I proceed, I hope to work out lighting and camera placement, along with better equipment to do close up photography. I am also working on having several studio corners so I can handle material beyond the limits of my office.

I appreciate everyone who is here at the start of my endeavor. This is a long term project for me and I look forward to feedback and inquiries.

Reward for Inverted Jennies Postage Stamps
